Snakes Amongst US

Snakes Amongst Us is a comprehensive educational guide designed to transform fear into fascination by exploring the hidden lives of over 11 distinct snake groups. The book takes readers on a global journey to meet iconic species ranging from the heavy-bodied Gaboon Viper to the secretive, wetland-dwelling Massasauga. By breaking down complex scientific traits and species divisions, such as thermal "heat-vision," the differences between venomous and non-venomous species, and the "folding needle" mechanics of viper fangs, into simple, engaging analogies, this book makes the world of herpetology accessible to readers of all ages. Beyond mere identification, the text emphasizes the critical role snakes play as a natural pest control system and provides essential safety tips for coexisting with these misunderstood reptiles. Ultimately, this guide serves as a bridge between the human world and the wilderness, encouraging readers to protect and respect the delicate balance of nature.

A Layman's Guide to Christian Growth by Ron Carswell (Published-Amazon)

Mrs. Moczygemba was a reviewer/editor on my recent book, A Layman's Guide to Christian Growth. She served as a development editor, involved in the content of a book, and a line editor, consisting of the language.
She looked at global, big-picture issues, such as sequence of ideas, order of presentation of ideas, incorrect or missing information, repetition of material, and more.
When she did the line edit, she paid attention to the language of the content, not so much its correctness, but its smoothness, and clarity, and variation. She suggested changes made my words flow with speed, grace, accuracy, and simplicity.
She was punctual in returning her review.
